Defective Items
- Any defective item can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The item must be in its original condition and must not show signs of intentional damage or misuse.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-designed items that meet the approved specifications cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery will not qualify for a return.
Return Process

- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions.
- Shipping: The customer is responsible for securely packaging the item and shipping it to the provided return address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the defect is a result of our error.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Approved returns will be eligible for either a replacement or a refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
